Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking Spray
- 2 cups Onions Thinly Sliced
- 2 cups Green Bell Peppers Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic Finely Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Prepared Mustard
- 1 can Kidney Beans about 15 ounces Kidney Beans Rinsed, drained and mashed
- 1 can Tomato Sauce 8 ounces
- 1 tsp Chili Powrder
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 sandwich rolls Halved

Instructions
- 1. Spray large non-stick skillet spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add onions, peppers and garlic. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in Ketchup and mustard. 2. Add beans, tomato sauce and chili powder to skillet. Reduce heat to medium -low. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until thickened, (( up to 1/3 cup cider vinegar if mix is to dry.)) 3. Spoon Bean mixture evenly over sandwich roll halves. Garnish as desired. 4. Makes 4 serving
