Ingredients
- 1 TBSP shortening
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions Yellow Onion
- 1/2 can Corn (Niblets) Maybe add more to taste
- 1 Cup Potatoes russet potatoes cooked and diced
- 2 Cups Milk
- Butter and Salt and Pepper add to pot to taste

Fry onions in shortening. peel and dice potatoes cook in just enough water to cover in top of double boiler. Add cooked onions. Milk and corn. Add butter ,salt and Pepper to taste.
